HOW TO
BOOK
Please print the Booking Form, complete it and return it
to the address indicated with your payment. If you want to
enter the Honey Show as well, please also print and return the Entry Form.
You can return the Honey Show Entry Form later if you
wish, so long as it reaches us by Tuesday 2nd September.
Please note that pets are not permitted. If
you need to bring an assistance dog, please let us know so we can
make arrangements with The Hill.
Early booking
To be sure of getting in, early booking is advisable. There
is a discount if you book by 30 June of £15 for residential
delegates and £5 for day delegates. In addition, all bookings
for double rooms received by this date will be put in a draw and the
winner will be allocated The Hill’s spacious Executive Suite with a
wonderful mountain view.
Cancellation by you or us
If you cancel after making a booking, we will refund your money
less
- any charge we cannot recover from The Hill
- a £15 administration fee per
booking.
Whether we will be charged by The
Hill for your booking will depend on how late you cancel and whether
we manage to fill the vacancy with another booking.
In the unlikely event that GBKA have to
cancel the conference, our liability to you will be limited to
refunding the money you have paid. Save in the event of
force majeur
, we will not cancel
less than 6 weeks before the event. You will not be entitled
to any refund if unforeseen circumstances force us to change a
speaker.
