How to Book for 2010
Please print the Media:Booking_Form.doc ,complete it and return it to the address indicated with your payment. If you want to enter the Honey Show, please contact Jean at jsalkilld@btinternet.com. A Honey Show Entry Form needs to reach us by Wednesday 1st September.
£20 early booking discount
To be sure of getting in, early booking is advisable. There is a discount if you book by 30 June 2010 of £20 for residential delegates and £5 for day delegates for Saturday or Sunday.
Notes and Conditions of Booking
This event is organised by Swansea and District Beekeepers’ Society (the Organisers) on behalf of The Midland and South Western Counties Convention of Beekeepers.
Confirmation of bookings will be sent accompanied by a full programme, honey show schedule (for member counties) and a location map. Please enclose an A5 stamped, addressed envelope for confirmation of booking with your completed Booking Form and payment.
The Organisers reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to change the venue, speakers or workshops from those described in the programme. The Organisers reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to cancel the Conference without incurring any liabilities, save that monies paid would be refunded. The Organisers accept no responsibility for the views expressed by speakers, chair people or any other person at the Conference.
Cancellations and non-attendance will be subject to a cancellation fee of £25 for residents and pro rata for shorter bookings. Substitutions can be made at any time, on notifying the Organisers, without penalty.
Dietary or other special needs should be notified in the space provided on the Booking Form at the time of booking.
A limited number of ground floor rooms are available.
Accommodation is on 2 sites. All rooms are en suite with tea/coffee-making facilities, towels, soap and TV.
A cash bar will be open at The North Gower Hotel at meal times and until 11p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Sorry ~ no pets.
Please note that the places for people staying over or those coming for the day, must be pre-booked in advanced.
